Yes, your package is insured in transit until it's delivered. Every single package we ship is sent with full shipping insurance. In the rare event that your package is missing or damaged in transit, BOLD will reimburse your purchase money or send you replacements. 
Important: Our insurance covers only shipments till transit. Once the shipping company receives a customer's signature or finishes delivery confirmation, our coverage ends.

Will I need to sign for my package?

Signatures are not required on orders under $750 until chosen and paid for at checkout. Deliveries exceeding $750 always need a signature. BOLD highly recommends Signature Confirmation for purchases under $750 to decrease the chance of theft or loss following delivery. We insure our packages till delivery, but not after.

After approved payment, most orders ship within 3-4 business days. After that, delivery time depends on your shipping option. We send USPS First Class, but you may upgrade to Expedited at checkout. Order completion usually takes 1 to 10 business days following payment, depending on the method and whether the product is in stock or pre-sale. 
Credit cards and wire transfers clear the day of order. Paper checks clearance 5  business days after receipt of the check. Electronic checks pass 5 business days after the order.

Yes, we ship orders to billing addresses for Guest Users only. If you have an account with us, we will save your address as the default billing address. If you have an account but cannot see your default address, you most likely have not logged in. Please log in to check out your information.

If the order is below $199, the standard shipping cost of $8.95 plus an upgrade shipping cost of $29.95 is applicable. For all rest of the order subtotals above $199 via UPS or FedEx, the maximum shipping upgrade cost is $29.95, meaning $4 per pound of weight, if applicable (whichever is lower). On the billing page, you can check your final total after an upgrade. 
Signature Confirmation is an optional add-on for orders under $199 up to $750, priced at $3.95. For orders with a subtotal between $750 and $3000, the Signature Confirmation is provided for free and is automatically included with the selected shipping option.
