In the rare event that your package is missing or damaged in transit, BOLD will reimburse your purchase money or send you replacements. Important: Our insurance covers only shipments till transit. Once the shipping company receives a customer's signature or finishes delivery confirmation, our coverage ends.

Signatures are not required on orders under $750 until chosen and paid for at checkout. Deliveries exceeding $750 always need a signature. BOLD highly recommends Signature Confirmation for purchases under $750 to decrease the chance of theft or loss following delivery. We insure our packages till delivery, but not after.
